Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain bentonite plants, desanders, and advanced slurry treatment systems efficiently.
- Support bored piling and diaphragm wall operations by ensuring a continuous and compliant supply of mixed slurry.
- Monitor slurry quality, viscosity, density, and circulation systems continuously to meet strict engineering specifications.
- Perform routine pre-operational checks, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers, rig operators, and construction crews to maintain project timelines and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily operational logs regarding material usage, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating bentonite plants, desanders, and slurry treatment systems.
- Proven work history supporting bored piling and diaphragm wall construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of slurry quality monitoring, mud testing equipment, and fluid circulation systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding construction site environment.
