We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Bell/Porter to join our dynamic team and serve as a vital touchpoint for our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet all arriving and departing guests warmly, professionally, and promptly at the hotel entrance.
- Handle guest luggage with utmost care, ensuring safe and efficient transport to and from guest rooms.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring all room features are clearly explained and operational.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Assist the front desk and concierge team with various guest requests and errands as needed.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant educational qualification.
- Proven working experience as a Bellhop, Porter, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy luggage and remain on your feet for extended periods.
