Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure seamless service delivery and a welcoming environment for all clients.
- Supervise, coordinate, and mentor staff, monitoring performance, attendance, and professional conduct.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service, promptly resolving client enquiries and managing appointments and complaints.
- Drive retail and service sales, implementing effective strategies to boost client retention and brand loyalty.
- Monitor stock levels, cosmetic inventory, salon equipment, and general facility hygiene standards.
- Prepare comprehensive operational, financial, and staff performance reports for upper management.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a beauty, spa, salon, or aesthetics business.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a proven track record in customer service excellence.
- Solid understanding of beauty, wellness, and aesthetics operational workflows.
