About the Role
CWG Engineering Limited is a wholly employee-owned engineering consulting practice specializing in 3D Laser Scanning, Engineering and Design Services, Manpower Supply, and Project Management throughout Nigeria. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Batching Panel Operator to join our dynamic production team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor batching plant control panels to ensure accurate mixing and production of materials.
- Coordinate closely with site teams and truck drivers to manage the timely dispatch of concrete and materials.
- Perform routine daily inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of batching plant equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to company health, safety, and environmental standards across all plant operations.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs, material inventory records, and equipment operational reports.
- Assist in quality control testing of raw materials and finished batches to meet project specifications.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience operating batching plants or similar heavy industrial equipment.
- Relevant technical certification, trade test, or mechanical/electrical background is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and plant maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals, interpret mix designs, and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the designated operational site in Nigeria.
