Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Foster a strong foundational understanding of STEM subjects, with a particular focus on interactive mathematics learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Integrate digital literacy tools into everyday classroom activities to prepare students for a modern technological world.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to organize extracurricular activities, school events, and moral development programs.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with parents regarding student performance and behavioral development.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or relevant academic qualification in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a primary school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English language, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching mathematics and foundational STEM concepts to young learners.
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with modern educational technology tools.
