About the Role

We are seeking a talented and charismatic Bartender / Mixologist to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, engage with our diverse clientele, and contribute to the vibrant, artist-driven energy that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service, engaging patrons and creating a welcoming lounge atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with floor staff, kitchen teams, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and memorable guest experiences.
- Ages 21 to 35 years old.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous bartending or mixology experience in a hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Neat, highly presentable, and well-groomed with a professional demeanor.
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Residing in Abuja or possessing the ability to easily commute to the location.
