Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked bar area adhering to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate drink orders, and provide engaging, professional customer service.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly, operating the POS system accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak operational hours.
- Manage inventory levels and report stock replenishment needs to management in a timely manner.
- Proven professional experience as a Bartender or in a similar food and beverage preparation role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverage mixing, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
- Immaculate personal hygiene and strict adherence to food and beverage safety handling practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously, remain calm under pressure, and work efficiently as part of a fast-paced team.
