Ascentech Services Limited is currently recruiting a skilled and customer-centric Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, crafting exceptional beverages, and ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take drink orders, and offer expert recommendations on cocktail selections.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area throughout shifts, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and report shortages to management promptly.
- Engage positively with patrons to ensure a memorable and satisfying hospitality experience.
- Possession of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent academic qualification.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven bartending experience in a reputable lounge, hotel, or restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, beverage preparation, and bar operations.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High level of personal hygiene, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
