Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established bar recipes and standards.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide expert recommendations on beverage choices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout operating hours.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation guidelines regarding beverage preparation and service.
- Collaborate seamlessly with floor staff and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional overall guest experience.
- Proven professional experience working as a bartender within a reputable lounge, bar, or restaurant setting is a distinct advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers.
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
