About the Role
Denam Properties Limited is a leading real estate development and property management company based in Abuja, Nigeria. We are currently looking for a talented and professional Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team and ensure our guests receive top-notch service in a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Take and process guest orders accurately and promptly with a polite and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor beverage and bar supplies, report low stock levels, and conduct regular accurate stock counts.
- Minimize wastage, spillage, and ensure proper handling and storage of all bar equipment and beverages.
- Record sales accurately and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role within Nigeria is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, hygiene practices, and inventory control.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, reliability, numeracy, and attention to detail.
