We are currently looking for an energetic, customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team and deliver outstanding beverage services to our esteemed clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly using the point-of-sale system and reconcile daily sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies proactively, and report shortages to management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant vocational certification in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Bar Attendant, Bartender, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy inventory items.
