About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Bank Teller to join our finance team and support our daily operations in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, count, and disburse cash while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
- Operate the designated business application confidently for all daily transactional needs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transaction records at the end of every workday.
- Identify, investigate, and report any transaction discrepancies promptly to management.
- Deliver exceptional, professional, and courteous customer service to all clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer data and business operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient daily branch operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Bank Teller, Cashier, or in a similar financial role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating designated business applications and financial software with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service communication skills.
- Unwavering honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Must reside within Egbeda or easily accessible surrounding areas for daily commuting.
