We are currently recruiting a dedicated and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our esteemed client in the banking sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary face of the financial institution, ensuring accurate, efficient, and courteous handling of all customer transactions while upholding the highest standards of integrity and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and accurate money transfers efficiently.
- Cash checks and process loan payments in compliance with banking regulations.
- Count, verify, and package currency deliveries and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Oversee drive-through banking transactions and conduct foreign currency exchanges.
- Promote and discuss bank products and services, including various account types and credit assets, to support branch growth.
- Assist customers with the seamless opening of new checking, savings, and money market accounts.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a bank teller or in a cash-handling customer service role is an advantage.
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
