Key Responsibilities- Prepare, bake, churn, and decorate fresh pastries, cakes, and ice cream using established recipes and quality standards.
- Safely operate, maintain, and clean commercial production equipment including heavy dough rollers, ice cream churners, and large commercial ovens.
- Maintain a spotless, hygienic kitchen environment in strict compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
- Record daily inventory, stock levels, and production numbers accurately using computer systems and digital reporting tools.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and production supervisors to meet daily output targets and maintain consistent product quality.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven hands-on professional experience across pastry baking, gelato or ice cream churning, and detailed cake assembly.
- Computer literate with basic proficiency in report writing, digital record-keeping, and inventory software.
- Demonstrated ability to operate, clean, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on standard bakery and dessert machinery.
- Must reside within or close to Zone 5, Nile University, Abuja (FCT), and be available to resume work promptly.
