Key Responsibilities- Carry out bailing operations according to established safety procedures and technical specifications.
- Arrange and prepare finished products correctly before the bailing process begins.
- Operate industrial bailing equipment safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
- Ensure that all products are properly positioned and evenly compressed within the machinery.
- Secure completed bales appropriately to maintain their shape, structural integrity, and stability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with industry regulations.
- Follow all company safety, quality control, and standard production procedures.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily and weekly production targets.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial bailing experience in a structured environment.
- Proven previous experience working within a manufacturing, recycling, or production plant.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience operating and maintaining bailing equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Strong capability to work effectively under tight production targets and pressure.
- Good teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate with floor staff.
