About the Role
SAGLEV Electromobility Co. Nig Ltd is a pioneering force in the distribution, assembly, and manufacturing of advanced vehicles across emerging markets, dedicated to providing sustainable and affordable electric vehicle solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive/Mechanical Engineering Professional to join our dynamic and growing team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute hands-on vehicle assembly, production operations, commissioning, and quality control inspections.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex mechanical repairs.
- Troubleshoot automotive electrical and electronic systems, ensuring optimal performance of all vehicle components.
- Interpret complex technical manuals, engineering documentation, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Handle warranty diagnoses, document technical reports, maintain precise job cards, and manage service documentation.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing and service environment to meet production and maintenance targets.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Extensive proven hands-on experience in both automotive manufacturing/vehicle assembly and vehicle servicing/maintenance.
- Demonstrated expertise working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
- Prior experience with Electric Vehicle (EV) or Hybrid vehicle systems is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and strong organizational skills.
- Must reside in Lagos and be available to resume work immediately.
