About the Role
At Strivo Labs, we help businesses scale with speed and precision through end-to-end digital solutions, custom design, and advanced automation. We are currently looking for an innovative Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our automation systems and AI-powered workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of the organizational automation roadmap, managing projects from development to production.
- Oversee the deployment of AI-powered workflows for customer onboarding, collections, and core business operations.
- Manage and mentor technical personnel, setting performance objectives and driving a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure rigorous production governance, maintaining high standards for system reliability, security, and rapid incident response.
- Oversee the automation technology stack, vendor relationships, API integrations, and LLM platform strategies.
- Prepare executive reports and translate complex technical metrics into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in automation management, AI workflow orchestration, or operations technology.
- Hands-on expertise with workflow automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier, alongside AI and LLM API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of webhooks, prompt engineering, CRM integrations, and the WhatsApp Business API.
- Proven background in managing technical teams, cross-functional projects, and external vendor partnerships.
- Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
