We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Auto Repair Technical Manager to lead our dynamic workshop operations. Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, and manage technical staff to ensure efficient daily workshop operations.
- Perform accurate and advanced diagnosis of complex vehicle issues covering suspension, engines, electrical systems, and programming.
- Service and repair a wide range of vehicle makes, with specific proficiency in BMW, Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz, as well as Japanese and Chinese models.
- Maintain strict quality standards and ensure the timely completion of all repair and maintenance jobs.
- Handle customer technical complaints professionally and foster positive, long-term relationships.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across the workshop.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in automobile engineering, workshop management, or a related technical field.
- Candidate must be at least 36 years of age.
- Must be willing to relocate to Abuja, Nigeria.
- Demonstrated mastery in vehicle diagnostics, advanced repairs, and general workshop administration.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N350,000 to N450,000.
