About the Role

De Tastee Group (TFC), a leading hospitality outfit renowned for our quick service restaurants and event management, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy, safeguarding assets, and ensuring operational compliance across our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, extract, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external databases, APIs, and transactional systems.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of front-end stock and conduct main cash and petty cash counts with cashiers.
  • Handle cash evacuation at the front end and reconcile machine printout receipts against sales figures.
  • Conduct physical verification of all supplies from the warehouse, CPU, and external vendors for perishable and non-perishable items.
  • Authorize and sign off on outlet expenses in strict accordance with company approval policies.
  • Audit Product Transfer Notes (PTN) and cross-reference them with Product Movement Forms (PMF).
  • Review daily product comparative analysis (DPCS) reports, material usage reports, and stock control sheets to identify shortages.
  • Perform daily stock-taking of closing items at the production unit and review accounts payable reports and bank lodgments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical programming languages (Python or R) and advanced spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise IT support and systems administration is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Integrity and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
