About the Role
Saro AgroSciences Limited, the leading marketer of Crop Protection Products in Nigeria and Ghana, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audit, Risk and Compliance Governance (ARCG) Business Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in increasing operational efficiency by preventing fraud, eliminating waste, and ensuring strict adherence to risk management frameworks across our Strategic Business Units.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled and surprise warehouse spot checks, physical inventory verifications, and stock reconciliation against system records.
- Review operational processes across sales, distribution, procurement, and logistics to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Identify fraud indicators, investigate irregularities, and recommend robust mitigating controls to minimize financial and operational losses.
- Prepare clear, timely audit reports and maintain an action-tracking register to ensure prompt implementation of corrective measures.
- Promote a strong control-conscious culture and facilitate training where process knowledge gaps are identified.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics from a reputable university.
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA).
- Minimum of 3 cumulative years of experience as internal control personnel.
- Age requirement: 28 to 35 years.
