We are currently looking for a diligent Audit Officer to support our continued growth and ensure the highest standards of financial integrity across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive operational, financial, and compliance audits across various company locations.
- Evaluate existing internal controls, identify operational risks, and pinpoint process gaps.
- Monitor strict compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out routine inventory counts, cash counts, and fixed asset verification exercises.
- Prepare accurate, objective audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Support special investigations and other ad-hoc audit assignments as required by management.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance, Compliance, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional report-writing skills.
- Uncompromising integrity, high level of confidentiality, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems will be considered a distinct advantage.
