Key Responsibilities- Provide exemplary academic and administrative leadership within the Software Engineering department.
- Design, update, and deliver cutting-edge undergraduate and postgraduate curricula aligned with industry standards and digital skill requirements.
- Conduct high-impact research, publishing extensively in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects and theses.
- Mentor junior academic staff and foster a culture of academic rigor and innovation.
- Forge strategic partnerships between the university and the corporate tech sector for collaborative projects and student internships.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Software Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of 9 years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
