Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Paediatrics.

- Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care and supervision at affiliated teaching hospitals and medical facilities.
- Mentor junior faculty members and medical students to foster academic and professional growth.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committees.
- Engage in community health initiatives and academic service aligned with the mission of Margaret Lawrence University.
- Possession of an MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Relevant postgraduate medical qualifications appropriate for the rank of Associate Professor/Reader.
- Extensive teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the position.
- Strong portfolio of verifiable publications in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body and a valid practising licence.
