Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Human Physiology to undergraduate medical and allied health science students.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and contribute significantly to the academic body of knowledge in physiology.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Provide academic mentorship, career guidance, and pastoral counseling to students.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committees.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives aligned with the university vision.
- Possession of an MBBS or BDS as a first degree from a recognized institution.
- A relevant postgraduate academic or professional qualification appropriate for the rank of Associate Professor/Reader.
- Demonstrated extensive teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the applied rank.
- Strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body alongside a valid practicing license.
- Proven capacity for academic leadership, research administration, and student mentorship.
