Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Public Relations and related communication disciplines.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable national and international academic journals.
- Provide academic leadership in curriculum development, departmental administration, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Mentor junior academic staff and participate actively in faculty committees and community service initiatives.
- Must possess a PhD in Public Relations or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
- A robust and verifiable portfolio of peer-reviewed publications in reputable academic outlets.
- Demonstrated success in postgraduate teaching, supervision, and academic leadership.
- Proficiency in ICT-driven teaching methods with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and mentorship skills.
- Current professional registration and valid practising licenses where applicable.
