Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Physiotherapy.
- Design, update, and deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate curricula in accordance with NUC standards.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and dissertations.
- Mentor junior academic staff and foster a culture of professional growth and continuous learning.
- Integrate modern digital tools and innovative pedagogical methods into teaching and research activities.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and community service initiatives.
- Must possess a good Ph.D. degree with a specialization in Physiotherapy or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic leadership, administrative competence, and mentorship.
- Robust portfolio of relevant publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing modern educational technologies.
