We invite distinguished scholars to join our Department of International Relations as an Associate Professor. This leadership role offers the opportunity to advance cutting-edge research, mentor emerging scholars, and contribute to critical conversations shaping global affairs and diplomatic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct original research and publish scholarly work in peer-reviewed international journals
- Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in International Relations specializations
- Supervise postgraduate research and thesis projects
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic program enhancement
- Engage in university governance and departmental leadership
- Collaborate with international academic institutions and research networks
- Ph.D. in International Relations or closely related discipline
- Minimum 10 peer-reviewed journal publications demonstrating scholarly impact
- At least 8 years of teaching, research, and university experience
- Demonstrated expertise in international diplomacy, geopolitics, or related fields
- Strong track record of research funding and grant acquisition
This appointment is subject to favorable external academic assessment and compliance with NUC regulations.
