Federal University Lafia invites dynamic and accomplished academic leaders to apply for the position of Associate Professor of Human Anatomy within our esteemed Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences. Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Anatomy within the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects as well as Master's and Ph.D. students.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic mentoring of junior faculty and students.
- Participate in community service initiatives and university committees to advance the strategic goals of the institution.
- Must currently hold the rank of Associate Professor or be a senior academic ready for progression with extensive university teaching experience.
- Possess a Ph.D. in Human Anatomy or a closely related relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of academic research with a minimum of 15 publications in reputable international and national journals.
- Provide verifiable evidence of successful supervision of postgraduate students at both Master's and Ph.D. levels.
- Show a continuous commitment to academic excellence, pedagogy, and institutional growth.
