Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Education.
- Provide robust academic and administrative leadership within the department and faculty.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Mentor junior faculty members and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
- Integrate modern digital tools and innovative pedagogy into curriculum delivery and classroom instruction.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, university committees, and community engagement initiatives.
- Possession of a good Ph.D. degree with a primary specialization in Education or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized university system.
- A proven track record of academic excellence, administrative leadership, and continuous professional development.
- Strong portfolio of relevant publications in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital skills and educational technology relevant to modern pedagogy.
