Your key duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Community Health Science and related disciplines.
- Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and theses.
- Conducting impactful, peer-reviewed research and publishing findings in reputable national and international journals.
- Providing academic leadership, mentoring junior faculty members, and contributing to curriculum development.
- Engaging in community outreach programs and participating in departmental, college, and university-wide committees.
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this esteemed academic position:
- Must possess a PhD in Community Health Science or a closely related relevant discipline.
- At least eight (8) years of cognate university teaching and research experience.
- A robust and verifiable record of peer-reviewed academic publications.
- Proven capacity for effective postgraduate teaching, student supervision, and academic leadership.
- Demonstrated ICT proficiency with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Current professional registration and a valid practising licence where applicable.
