Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the School of Business Studies using innovative pedagogical methods.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, providing rigorous academic mentorship.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to develop industry-relevant management training programmes and curriculum updates.
- Provide robust academic and administrative leadership within the department and participate actively in university committees.
- Drive digital transformation in teaching, learning, and research activities within the discipline.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related specialization.
- Minimum of 9 years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic leadership, administrative capability, and effective student mentoring.
