About the Role
Reliance HMO is a technology-driven health insurance company using software, data science, and telemedicine to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. We are seeking a dynamic Associate Manager, Clinic Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our Reliance Family Clinics, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop clinic leadership teams across Operations, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical Services to drive service excellence.
- Set performance KPIs, monitor metrics, conduct reviews, and foster a collaborative, patient-centric culture.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, manage clinic budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, clinical governance, and health and safety policies.
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment functionality, and vendor relationships across multiple clinic branches.
- Analyze operational and financial data to drive continuous improvement in patient flow and business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Must have completed the NYSC programme or possess a valid Certificate of Exemption.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-NYSC experience in healthcare operations, administration, or business operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience managing operations and projects across multiple branches or locations.
- Strong background in regulatory compliance, risk management, budgeting, and vendor negotiations.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel regularly across clinic locations.
