About the Role

We are currently seeking a commercially minded Associate 2 with solid transaction and advisory experience to join our growing corporate and commercial team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, transaction documents, and corporate governance materials.
- Support corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and seamless transaction execution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and translate findings into actionable, practical advice for diverse clients.
- Manage assigned workstreams independently, meet strict deadlines, and proactively flag potential legal risks.
- Collaborate within our quality-control framework, maintain accurate records, and mentor junior associates.
- Engage in client communication and support business development initiatives under supervision.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of post-qualification legal experience in Nigeria.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Nigerian corporate and commercial law, as well as regulated transactions.
- Exceptional legal drafting, analytical research, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with professional discipline.
