Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare clear research notes, first drafts, and detailed issue summaries.
- Assist in drafting agreements, official correspondence, court processes, regulatory filings, and transaction documents.
- Participate actively in client matter meetings, strategic reviews, and internal training sessions while effectively implementing constructive feedback.
- Maintain meticulously accurate files, matter trackers, and records while strictly complying with agreed turnaround times.
- Support senior legal practitioners on complex client matters and progressively take ownership of defined tasks as your professional capability develops.
- Demonstrate exceptional professional discipline, unwavering reliability, and a genuine eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience or equivalent relevant legal practice exposure in Nigeria.
- A strong academic foundation in law with demonstrable evidence of sound legal reasoning and analytical prowess.
- Exceptional legal research, technical writing, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the proven ability to produce accurate work under stringent deadlines.
- Professional maturity, prompt responsiveness, and a positive attitude toward receiving and applying detailed mentorship.
