About the Role
The Embassy of France in Nigeria is seeking a professional and discreet Assistant to the Cooperation and Cultural Action Advisor to join its dynamic team in Lagos. This vital administrative role involves providing high-level secretarial support, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Cooperation and Cultural Action Advisor.
- Manage official correspondence, schedule appointments, and organize internal and external meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and uphold strict standards of professional discretion regarding administrative matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents utilizing standard office software applications.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners to foster cultural cooperation and project execution.
- Demonstrated professional experience in secretarial functions, preferably within official, diplomatic, or structured corporate environments.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, alongside a good working knowledge of French.
- Proficiency in essential IT tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, versatility, and a strong sense of professional ethics.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a collaborative team spirit.
- Must be legally resident in Nigeria with valid authorization to work in the country.
- Attractive remuneration package on level 4 of the salary framework, offering 622 Euros gross paid in Nairas.
