Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead nursery teacher in planning and delivering engaging daily lessons and activities.
- Provide attentive care, supervision, and support to young children to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Help manage classroom routines, maintain order, and foster positive behavioral habits among nursery pupils.
- Support the assessment of student progress and assist in preparing learning materials and classroom displays.
- Engage professionally with parents and guardians regarding their children's daily activities and developmental milestones.
- Minimum of NCE, OND, or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery school or early childhood educational setting.
- Strong passion for education and a deep understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of responsibility, professionalism, patience, and a hardworking attitude.
