Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with Nigerian and international curriculum standards.
- Develop students' analytical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning skills.
- Prepare comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments.
- Utilize differentiated instruction to cater to learners with diverse academic abilities.
- Prepare students effectively for internal tests, BECE, WASSCE, NECO, and other external examinations.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to enhance overall student outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom management environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification such as a PGDE or NCE is an added advantage.
- Mandatory TRCN registration or eligibility for immediate registration.
- At least 3 years of proven secondary school teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of local and international secondary Mathematics syllabi.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
