About the Role

The Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) is a leading indigenous, non-profit organization registered in Nigeria in 2010. We are dedicated to promoting best practices in healthcare delivery, medical training, and advanced research through locally adapted health systems strengthening models. We are currently seeking two dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Specialists to drive state-level commodity availability, enhance logistics data utilization, and optimize inventory controls for integrated health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end quantification, resupply, storage, distribution, and redistribution processes for health commodities.
  • Review Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) and stock data to proactively identify stock-out, overstock, expiry, and reporting risks.
  • Conduct regular supportive supervision visits and provide capacity-building coaching to facility and government logistics teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive state commodity dashboards, tracking action items, and keeping accurate evidence files.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with procurement, warehousing, government agencies, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Support thorough inventory reconciliation, loss prevention initiatives, and ensure strict compliance with standard storage guidelines.
  • Report critical supply risks promptly and verify the implementation of effective corrective actions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with valid professional registration where applicable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in health supply chain management within government or donor-funded health programs in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, routine data-for-action practices, and supply chain optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and multidisciplinary problem-solving skills.
