About the Role
Sundry Foods Limited, Nigeria's premier food services company operating renowned brands such as Kilimanjaro Restaurants and Pizza Jungle, is looking for an energetic and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for excellence by supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless daily restaurant operations in accordance with our strict Company Standards of Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to guarantee maximum efficiency.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and preparation times to ensure they consistently meet our high culinary standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train restaurant staff to foster a culture of teamwork, exceptional customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock usage, and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and control operating costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and security standards throughout the restaurant premises at all times.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
