In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting financial reporting operations, delivering top-tier accounting advisory, and managing key client engagements with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and review comprehensive financial statements and reporting deliverables in strict compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert technical accounting and financial reporting advisory support to a diverse portfolio of startup and SME clients.
  • Manage assigned client engagements efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and rigorous documentation standards.
  • Review complex reconciliations, working papers, and financial reporting schedules to guarantee absolute accuracy and quality.
  • Support statutory reporting processes, external audits, and crucial regulatory engagements seamlessly.
  • Identify strategic reporting, internal control, and process improvement opportunities for clients to enhance their financial health.
  • Supervise, coach, and review the daily work of junior team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
  • Participate actively in client meetings, presentations, proposal creation, and other key business development activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
  • Mandatory possession of ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or an equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification.
  • 6 to 8 years of robust professional experience in financial reporting, external audit, accounting advisory, or financial consulting.
  • Demonstrated strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client engagements and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern financial reporting or accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
