Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable academic journals.
  • Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties and committees.
  • Mentor students and provide academic counseling to support their professional and personal growth.
Qualifications
  • A first degree (Bachelor's) with not below a Second-Class Upper Division in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a closely related field.
  • Alternatively, a Second-Class Lower Division first degree accompanied by a completed PhD.
  • A Master's degree in Public Relations or Media Studies with a PhD currently in progress.
  • Demonstrated evidence of teaching potential and active academic research experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills for modern academia.
