Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Physiology to nursing science students.
- Develop comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, and modern assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and college-wide academic committees.
- Mentor and advise students on academic performance, career paths, and professional development in healthcare.
- Conduct relevant academic research and contribute to scholarly publications within the medical and health sciences field.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physiology or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Prior teaching or academic support experience in a tertiary institution is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex physiological concepts clearly.
