Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Nursing Administration to undergraduate students.
  • Develop and update course materials, curricula, and assessment tools in alignment with accreditation standards.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic performance, career paths, and professional development.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and university committees.
  • Conduct relevant research and contribute to scholarly publications in the field of nursing and healthcare administration.
  • Collaborate with clinical partners and academic colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications
  • Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Nursing Science or Nursing Administration from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Current active practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching, lecturing, or clinical instruction within a higher education setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
