We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Assistant Lecturer in Nursing Administration to join our vibrant academic community within the Department of Nursing Science.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Nursing Administration to undergraduate students.
- Develop and update course materials, curricula, and assessment tools in alignment with accreditation standards.
- Mentor and advise students on academic performance, career paths, and professional development.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and university committees.
- Conduct relevant research and contribute to scholarly publications in the field of nursing and healthcare administration.
- Collaborate with clinical partners and academic colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Nursing Science or Nursing Administration from a recognized and accredited university.
- Current active practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, lecturing, or clinical instruction within a higher education setting.
