Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in History and International Studies to undergraduate students.
  • Develop, update, and review course materials, syllabi, and curriculum structures in line with university standards.
  • Supervise undergraduate student research projects, essays, and academic fieldworks.
  • Conduct original research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and university community service initiatives.
  • Advise students on academic progression, career paths, and professional development.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in History, International Studies, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A Ph.D. or ongoing doctoral registration will be considered a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated potential for academic research and scholarly publications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and learning management systems for modern pedagogy.
