Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Food Science and Technology.
- Assist in the development, revision, and updating of curriculum and course materials.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects and academic assignments.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committee meetings and academic events.
- Conduct relevant academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their overall professional growth.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching, research, and community service.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Membership in relevant professional food science bodies will be an added advantage.
