Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and tutorials in English language and literature.
- Design, update, and evaluate course materials, syllabi, and academic assessments.
- Conduct high-quality, impactful academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and support to undergraduate students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committee work, and university-wide academic service activities.
- A good honours Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- A relevant Master's degree in English or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- A Ph.D. degree currently in progress is strictly required.
- Demonstrated evidence of teaching and research potential.
