Margaret Lawrence University is seeking a dedicated and qualified academic professional to join our esteemed faculty as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Radiography, housed within the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Radiography.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, dissertations, and clinical placements.
- Conduct high-level academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate actively in departmental administration, curriculum development, and student academic advising.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure integration of theoretical knowledge and practical radiographic techniques.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives as required by the university.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree in Radiography from a recognized university.
- A Master's degree in Radiography or a closely related discipline is strictly required for the rank of Assistant Lecturer.
- Current registration and a valid, up-to-date practising licence with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
- Demonstrated potential or initial experience in teaching, academic research, and departmental administration.
- Evidence of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals will be a distinct advantage.
