Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Supervise student research projects, laboratory practicals, and academic assignments effectively.
- Contribute actively to curriculum development, department meetings, and faculty committees.
- Engage in high-quality academic research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Perform administrative duties and student advising as assigned by the Head of Department.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized university.
- A Master's degree in the discipline is required for the Assistant Lecturer rank (Ph.D. is an added advantage).
- Current registration and a valid practising licence with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Demonstrated potential or prior experience in teaching, research, and clinical or administrative duties.
- Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals is highly desirable.
