Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures and tutorials in Educational Management, Guidance, and Counseling.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, student teaching practices, and academic counseling sessions.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and faculty committee assignments.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Assist in the administration of departmental examinations, assessments, and student record management.
- Promote the moral and ethical standards of the university among students and the academic community.
- Must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, Educational Management, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in view or completed will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research, publishing, and teaching at the tertiary level.
