Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and tutorials in Criminology and Security Studies.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic fieldworks.
- Participate in student academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance.
- Assist in the development, review, and updating of departmental curricula and course materials.
- Contribute to departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Criminology, Security Studies, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research and scholarly publications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student mentorship.
